Setup of Microsoft Exchange Online. Depending on user environment, there are options for an entirely new setup without existing mail system; or migration of an existing mail system.

Outline Scope Of Work

New Setup

  • Activate account and subscription
  • Check Domain and DNS connection
  • Setup up to 3-Domains and up to 20 mailboxes
  • Setup outgoing network connection, rules and policy configuration
  • Provide 1-hour briefing to administrator via Skype
  • Services provided remotely only

Migration

  • Activate account and subscription
  • Setup up to 3-Domains and up to 30 mailboxes
  • To configure Active Directory (AD) synchronization with existing On-Premise AD
  • Check Domain and DNS connection
  • Setup outgoing network connection, rules and policy configuration
  • Migrate from existing Exchange 2007 onward or IMAP4
  • Provide 1-hour briefing to administrator
